  1. Technical Support

  1. Notices and Changes to Terms

  • We can transfer this agreement to another company without asking you.
  • You cannot transfer it without our written permission.

  1. Arbitration (Solving Disputes)
  • If we have disagreements, we will resolve them through arbitration in Nagpur, India.
  • Both sides choose an arbitrator; if you don’t, the costs may be yours.

  1. What Happens After Ending & If Part Is Invalid
  • Important parts of this agreement stay in effect even after it ends.

  1. No Hiring or Soliciting Each Other’s People

  • General job ads that are not targeted don’t count.

  15. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
    Clients must:
  16. Provide accurate and current data.
  17. Maintain updated records.

  20. Ensure data security and responsible password usage.
  21. Be accountable for all third-party use of their accounts.

  23. Remove recipients who request unsubscription.

  26. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  30. NOTICES AND AGREEMENT MODIFICATIONS
    Outstrip may issue notices via email or post. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with a 30-day notice. Changes in pricing will be communicated with a 7-day notice. Continued use implies acceptance of new terms.
  31. AGREEMENT DURATION & TERMINATION
  32. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30-day notice for material breach or insolvency.
  33. Immediate termination rights exist for:
    a. Government directives.
    b. Failure in credit checks.
    c. Misleading client information.
    d. Breach of terms or laws.
    e. Damage to Outstrip or third parties.
  34. Consequences:
    a. Return of premises or equipment.
    b. Cease use of Outstrip content and marks.
    c. Fulfill pending financial obligations.
    d. Compensation for Outstrip’s third-party losses.
  35. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
  36. Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.
  37. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed.
  38. No assurance of uninterrupted or error-free services.
  39. Users bear risks of system damage or data loss.
  40. No implied warranties beyond written terms.
  41. Outstrip guarantees services will not infringe third-party IP or be defamatory.
  42. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)
  43. All IP used or created by Outstrip remains its property.
